Refunds

Our refund and returns policy is very straight forward. All sales final. However, if your item arrives damaged, we are here to help. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product to initiate a claim for a replacement. We require photographic evidence of the damage to proceed with a replacement.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange and item, use the contact form to reach us, and we’ll be in touch! To be eligible for a return, you must reach out to us with any issues you have, for example, a damaged or defective print of an item. We advise keeping the original packaging because if your return claim is accepted, you could be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back for a new print/refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any custom orders where quality of provided media does not come out to your standards.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, keep in mind you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Product Care Instructions: To ensure the longevity of your poster, we recommend the following care practices:

Handling: Always handle your print with clean hands or cotton gloves. Avoid touching the surface directly.
Framing: Frame your poster under glass or acrylic sheet to protect against dust, dirt, and environmental damage.
Display: Avoid direct sunlight and highly humid environments. Display your poster in a cool, dry place to prevent fading and deterioration.
Cleaning: Dust the frame and glass, if applicable, with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use cleaning agents directly on the poster.

These guidelines will help maintain the quality and lifespan of your poster, ensuring you can enjoy your art for years to come.
